Offering to co-maintain Field cardinality customization

Hi there

I'd like to work on the module I want to propose to add me as a co-maintainer.
btw I already worked on one issue - https://www.drupal.org/project/field_cardinality_customization/issues/29... →

e.g. I think we can improve the module:
- add config page to enable/disable 'Cardinality alter' per entity type
- add composer.json and readme.md files
- implement hook_help()
- etc
