Checkboxes are not checked even after selecting the filters

On selecting filters, check-boxes remain as un-checked due to incompatibility of 'prop' function of jQuery.So, creating this issue to fix the compatibility. PFA SS for the same.

I have used the '3.0.0-beta1' version of facets module and version of jQuery in my site is '3.6.3'.
