Create a logo for Fences - Semantic field markup and classes

I have tried to create a logo with similar concept as project logo.

Please review.

@Urvashi's logo looks good to me, and I feel captures the essence of the original logo, while meeting the correct dimensions (512x512) and file size for a Project Browser logo.

+1 from me, but I'll leave Needs Review a few days in case anyone else sees any issues.
