Problem/Motivation

https://www.drupal.org/project/pagedesigner/issues/3410632 📌 [Pagedesigner] 3.2 release Closed: outdated will introduce a correction in HandlerPluginInterface::renderForPublic. It corrects a missing default value for $build. The handlers in this module must conform to this interface.

Proposed resolution

- Adjust ResponsiveImage::renderForPublic and ResponsiveImageGalleryGallery::renderForPublic to the change in the interface.
