Reindexing should be optional if filter is only used on the query

Currently the SolrUploader plugin force reindexation after each export to Solr. This is unnecessary if the filter is used on the query only.

Install module, reindex, create synonyms, export them to solr, the index needs to be reindexed.

Add a setting to allow reindexation and reindex only if this setting is active.

New setting in the module parameters.
