Problem/Motivation

Footer should be responsive for a better mobile user experience.

Steps to reproduce

Install the theme and enable it.
Switch the screen on the mobile.
See the footer.

Verified MR5 on 9.5.x, the footer now looks better and more responsive. Added screenshots for reference, RTBC++
