Potential for collaboration/consolidation

I already checked those modules,

But most of them need to be installed with Composer because it requires an external library (giggsey/libphonenumber-for-php, jackocnr/intl-tel-input).

Actually, I am preparing this module for a project and I am sharing it so that if similar things can be used by others, also this module can be used without installing those libraries.

I have already sent a message to the maintainers for some modules, but they either did not reply or it was too late

And most importantly for me, I'm building a username module and the two will be linked together.
I would be happy to meet people here with whom we can have a good cooperation.
