Fix config for Webtheme Search Form block

Problem/Motivation

The config of the Seach Form block was placed in Webship profile.
But it is for Webtheme

Proposed resolution

  • Rename the config name to block.block.webtheme_searchform.yml
  • Change the ID to id: webtheme_searchform
