Declare D10 compatibility for Schema.org Podcast Episode submodule

Problem/Motivation

During the issue for Drupal 10 compatibility the submodule schema_podcast_episode was left out and I can find no reason why, the scanners don't report problems and I can't find any

Steps to reproduce

See the schema_podcast_episode.info.yml file

Proposed resolution

Declare the same compatibility as the rest of submodules.
