I have created a webform popup using the webform dialog modal. This is activated when clicked on a fixed button which resides in the footer. On closing this webform, the page scrolls to the bottom of the page. I would like the page to not scroll and stay in the same location when the popup was triggered.
Add a fixed button in the footer.
Create a webform popup which gets triggered on clicking the button.
Close the form without submitting it.

This sounds like the default behavior where the focus returns to the link that opened the dialog. You'll need to change the JS.
