D10 support?

Problem/Motivation

Just wondering what it would take to port this module to D10.

Steps to reproduce

1. Attempt to install on D10 via composer: composer require 'drupal/oembed_provider_endpoints:1.x-dev@dev'
2. Verify error message: "Your requirements could not be resolved to an installable set of packages."

Proposed resolution

Seeing what it would take to work on D10. Just an update to info.yml, or more?
