This appears to be a duplicate of ✨ Allow iframe CSS to be altered before it is encoded Fixed .
The Hosted iFrame Tokenizer lets us pass CSS to be used to style form elements to match the site. However, the module currently hard codes the CSS when the iframe URL is prepared. Let's move the CSS to a payment gateway configuration setting, so it can be adjusted on a per configuration basis from the UI (and still managed in code, as payment gateways are exported).
We should retain the current value as a default value for the textarea.
