hook_field_widget_form_alter() is deprecated in D10

hook_field_widget_form_alter() is deprecated in D10, changed to hook_field_widget_single_element_form_alter(). As a result, the module is not working in D10 - none of the field widget processing is applied and the library is not attached.

Attached patch updates the hook implementation, and another change applied by rector.
