Problem/Motivation

Custom code in .theme file, in the hook_form_alter implementation is incomplete.

Steps to reproduce

a simple views on nodes, with an exposed form in a block, produce a PHP warning :

Warning: Undefined array key "#type" in ui_suite_dsfr_form_alter() (line 85 of themes/contrib/ui_suite_dsfr/ui_suite_dsfr.theme).

Proposed resolution

patch the code to make it more robust.
