Overlay over whole page when error message displayed

Problem/Motivation

When a message is displayed in a popin like "Add or select a media", the overlay is preventing from any action on all the page, including the better messages popin itself.

Steps to reproduce

Install Better Messages module on a D10 site, go in the admin interface and create a content with a media field.
Click on the Add Media button, then try to add a wrong file to generate an error.
You are stuck :)

Proposed resolution

The issue seems to come from the Jquery_ui modules libraries, so we need to fix the ability to disable this option.
