Add 'Snippet' card to theme settings

Description

Snippet component was added in 1.6.0. It is used in search and other lists to show content summary.
Unfortunately, a setting to control the summary width in the same way as it is controlled for the Publication card, was not added.
As a result - there is no control over the size of the summary and it is defaulted to 160 characters.

We need to introduce the setting to control the number of characters for summary for content shown in the Snippet component.

User Story

As an authenticated user
I want to be able to set the summary length in the Snippet component
So that I can control how many characters display in the Snippet component

Acceptance Criteria

GIVEN Iā€™m an authenticed user
WHEN I view the theme settings
THEN I see the Snippet
And I can update the Summary length

Solution Direction

  1. Add settings for snippet
  2. Update them config schema
