File exceeds the maximum allowed size error message not showing. it's showing at the top of webform "Oops, something went wrong. Check your browser's developer console for more details".

Set up a webform that includes a file upload element with a file upload limit of 256 MB. The server's file upload limit is also configured to 256 MB. When a user attempts to upload a file larger than 256 MB, such as a 300MB file, the expected behaviour would be to display an error message indicating that the file exceeds the maximum allowed size. However, despite the file exceeding the limit, the error message indicating the oversized file is not being shown to the user and form is submitting without file.

This is very likely not a webform/code issue but a backend issue that is triggered by the server configuration.
