Remove index in local remove index in Algolia

Problem/Motivation

When importing the database from another environment and executing a configuration import locally, the existing indexes are deleted to create new ones for the local environment. Consequently, Drupal removes the index, removing them from the Algolia page.
I propose the addition of a checkbox to prevent the removal of the index in Algolia.
