Improvements to the confirmation form

The text for the confirmation form can be improved to be more user friendly:

Currently the title of the page is "Are you sure you want to alter the author to [name] on [count] entities?"
The submit button text is "Change author on selected entities"
When confirming selecting a new author, there’s no indication of what content was selected.

The following improvements are proposed:

We should change the confirm form question to “Are you sure you want to set the author to [name] on [count] items?”
The button should be “Change author to [name]”.
We should show an unordered list of titles of content being changed.
