whitelist mobile number for test when that field is unique

I do not understand this feature request. Please add more words.

I am creating a patch for this feature.

I have a field which is unique[i.e. mobile number] included a config for whitelist mobile number. I need to use this as a test number so that it passes the unique validation.

This looks like project-specific custom code and probably should not be commited
