Layout builder Add block disabled

Problem/Motivation

When choosing blocks, the edit form is displaying rear the "Add block button" and covered with background color of "Add block button"

Steps to reproduce

  1. Update to 2.0.3
  2. Click layout tab
  3. Select Content block
  4. Choose any block
