Allow to add custom classes when creating a new tabs section

Problem/Motivation

When adding a Layout Builder Tab Section, it would be nice to be able to add custom classes to this section, allowing for integration, for example, with Bootstrap styles or custom theming of several instances of tabs on the same page.

Proposed resolution

1. Add a new form element to plugin that allows to write inline css classes.
2. Modify tabs twig to add this classes to main div.
