[PLAN] Consumers and sync via REST API by clicking on a single button

Problem/Motivation

Would be nice to be able to set up consumers (different environments) and just click on a button to sync content through REST API.

There should be a way to
- sync a single content entity e.g. when you edit it
- sync a list of entites with VBO
- sync all content
