Installation failure

Problem/Motivation

When trying to install opigno_lms I am getting the following error:

An AJAX HTTP error occurred.
HTTP Result Code: 200

Steps to reproduce

Complete the installer using opigno_lms profile.

Proposed resolution

Add the config into the install file.
