Pass context to paragraph form alter

Problem/Motivation

Could be useful to be able to get the $context variable which is passed to widget form alters, and pass it up to paragraph form alters.

Add $context as an optional parameter in FromAlterInterface and in the paragraph form alters propagate it up to the plugin.
