ahh, it's caused by ✨ Allow creation of new Video Embed Field media entities using the Media Browser Closed: won't fix
MediaLibraryUiBuilder should be replaced by MediaLibraryUiBuilderInterface in any media_library_add form.
Install the module along with Bynder module, ensure two media types are allowed for the reference field, try to switch between different media types in media library widget.
