Add body class for other entity types

Created a new MR.

Refactored the module to add body classes to any entities that have a canonical route and use fields.
Tested with nodes, taxonomy terms, and users.
Both Add CSS class(es) & If checked, add name of entity type as class to body tag. fields can be configured on manage form display page for the entity type.
