Orders not being synced

After installing the module I can see products been successfully synced but when I place an order this is not been sent to Printful, and there are no errors or warnings been shown on screen or in the logs.

    It looks like this issue was due to not having the shipping set up correctly. Should we add a check for this or at least flag the order will fail if no shipping method setup?
