Breaks JS when Aggregating Javascript files

Problem/Motivation

When "Aggregate Javascript files" is checked (/admin/config/development/performance), other modules, possibly this one too cease to function as expected.

Proposed resolution

Navigate to line 53 of /contrib/webform/modules/webform_clientside_validation/js/webform_clientside_validation.ife.js and amend // Drupal 9: Use jQuery once plugin. $(document).once && $(document).once('cvjquery'); as necessary.

I think this should be in webform module as the file you are referring to is inside webform?
