Add ability to filter on user/…/track page

As a logged in drupal.org user I would like the ability to filter my issues and posts from my dashboard (user/…/track).

There are currently 25 posts per page and there can be many pages of posts. I would like the ability to be able to filter this list to facilitate a user to find any posts.
