It looks like that this issue will be obsolete once 🐛 Undefined Index: allowed_extensions AJAX error when creating feed types. Fixed is committed.

That other one hangs on having the bug reported covered by automated tests. But I'm thinking of committing that one without proper test coverage if I can't find a way to write it.

I've committed the code from that other issue, so I assume that makes this issue no longer relevant.
