Make v1 compatible with drupal 10

Problem/Motivation

As the cl_components is drupal 10 compatible, it should be good to make the v1.x versions of this module compatible drupal 10 too.

Steps to reproduce

By upgrading a project to Drupal 10, you cannot install v1 of this module anymore.

Proposed resolution

For legacy purpose make the v1.x version of this module compatible Drupal 10 to continue using cl_components v1.x along side :
