Rethink dynamic bundle local stock

Problem/Motivation

The submodule for local stock tries to dynamically handle stock for bundles based on local stock for each of the referenced bundle items.

With #3406888, we handle core stock behavior to react on specified order placement events, and based on bundle configuration, we try to update referenced items' stock if needed or recalculate total stock for the bundle.

Still, we can't handle stock properly if referenced production variations get new stock updates.
Reacting on stock events proved not reliable
