Clean up the project

Created a new MR.

- created composer.json file
- fixed config/schema and tested it with the 'Configuration inspector' module
- added 'package' to the info file
- fixed some typos, etc

I merged it to the 3.0.x branch in order not to change 2.x branch.

Automatically closed - issue fixed for 2 weeks with no activity.
