Cookie notice keep showing after accepting and rejecting

Problem/Motivation

it seems like i can't make the cookie to go away after accepting or rejecting it. i see it is keep show up after i go to the another page or refresh the page. it more show up on the chrome,

is this a common error for cookies or something i need to check to make sure to prevent this issue to happen?

Hello,
In order that a cookie to be deleted after having refused it, you must indicate its name in the Cookies List field, in the service settings (/admin/content/orejime_service and edit service)
