Allow free trials checkbox does not retain value

In the Manage Billing Schedules page, the Allow free trials checkbox value is not retained on saving the form.

Go to Manage Billing Schedules (admin/commerce/config/billing-schedules)
Add Billing Schedule (admin/commerce/config/billing-schedules/add)
Add Billing Schedule (admin/commerce/config/billing-schedules/add)
Select the Allow free trials checkbox and set the value and interval
Fill the rest of the required fields on the form and save.
Edit the above created billing schedule and verify the Allow free trials checkbox
