Find a way to differentiate different levels of menu selection tree for screenreaders.

Problem/Motivation

While selecting the menu link the sighted users can have an exposure to the tree structure of the menu link selection but for the screenreader
users the list is flat and none hierarchical.This was a point mentioned related to a UX improvement in Improve menu parent link selection 📌 Improve menu parent link selection Needs work in #37.2 📌 Improve menu parent link selection Needs work . We might need some more details about how to tackle the problem.
