Hey Mark,
I haven't been able to test again on a recent fresh install. I'm trying to work through some dependency conflicts. I did notice another ticket from about a year ago, which is around when this was made.

The screenshot in the above issue was happening to us also at the time, and part of the template was commented out to prevent it.
