Will not install on in Drupal 10 with composer
Problem 1
- Root composer.json requires drupal/charts 5.0 -> satisfiable by drupal/charts[5.0.0].
- drupal/charts 5.0.0 requires drupal/core ^9.2 -> found drupal/core[9.2.0, ..., 9.5.11] but it conflicts with your root composer.json require (10.1.6).
Run composer require drupal/core:^10

@jcrump@tulane.edu Charts definitely installs with composer on Drupal 10. I think the issue may be you've pegged to the specific 5.0.0 version. Instead, please run:
composer require drupal/charts:^5
