[error] Configuration 'views.view.listing_events' depends on the 'field.storage.node.field_blog_description'

Problem/Motivation

During running command drush updb can see this error message:

[error]  Configuration <em class="placeholder">views.view.listing_events</em> depends on the <em class="placeholder">field.storage.node.field_blog_description</em> configuration that will not exist after import.

and
Configuration <em class="placeholder">views.view.listing_events</em> depends on modules (<em class="placeholder">Better Exposed Filters, Views Entity Reference Filter</em>) that will not be installed after import.

Steps to reproduce

That is present only for a standard profile of Openy installation
