Footer needs to be styled.

patch is not working fine.
1. when there are 2 footer menus given, one appears at left end and another appear at right end . Refer screenshot1.
2. When there are 4 footer menus given, there is huge gap between the footer given in middle refer screenshot 2.

I need to confirm that this is an issue on 2.x.x branch or 3.x.x branch.
The 3.x.x has not been released yet so it may have the latest update and this issue may have been solved.
