Problem/Motivation

The ability to use the access checker in ManageCommerceRegistrationsAccessCheck for custom routes was lost in the fix for https://www.drupal.org/project/commerce_registration/issues/3402591 📌 Use the registration access checker when checking manage access Fixed .

Proposed resolution

Keep the fix from the related issue, but modify it slightly to restore the access that was lost.
