This works good for me. Tested in Drupal 10.2.2 and using Claro theme.

I can confirm that the patch from #4 works for me as well.

I applied the patch and tested it out with Claro on Drupal 10.2.3. Reviewing the code it meets style guidelines and addresses the issue reported. Merged now. Adjusting status to Fixed. Thanks for the help on it, everyone.
