Permission per entity type

We need to improve the module by adding new permissions to check access per entity type.

Right now, we only have field extra access private fields permission to access all private fields. I guess we can create additional field extra access {ENTITY_TYPE} private fields permissions in a permission callback and update the validation for the access callback.
