'core' key should not be set

Problem/Motivation

The follow error is shown when upgrading to beta5:

  The 'core_version_requirement' constraint (^8.9 || ^9 || ^10) requires the 'core' key not be set in modules/contrib/node_  
  title_ps/node_title_ps.info.yml

Proposed resolution

remove 'core' key from node_title_ps.info.yml
