For now, you can use the metadata info to show what's in Drupal and its status and compare it to the status in Quant. See the PR for details and screenshots:

This does not handle the reverse, i.e. creates a list of what's in Quant and then shows the status in Quant and Drupal. For example, there can be content in Quant that is no longer in Drupal. There is a chance (if there is a bug) it could be published in Quant and removed in Drupal.
The next steps here are to somehow flag content where there is a difference between the status between Drupal and Quant. Right now, someone can look through the metadata to find content that's in Drupal and has the wrong status in Quant. At a minimum, these rows could be colored with a yellow or red background to highlight them. Ideally, there would be a more obvious way of getting these. And, there would be logs whenever this happens.
Given we have most of the data for this and someone can manually check, I'm unassigning and dropping the priority for now.
