Problem/Motivation

The current composer.json is requiring GSAP as a drupal library, but this is unneeded as the CDN is used for the remote and any local override would likely utilize it's own packaging here so we're just adding bloat.

Steps to reproduce

Install using composer and allow merge plugin

Proposed resolution

Remove the require
