Can't revisit modules in a guided navigation learning path after upgrade to 3.1.0

Prior to updating to version 3.1.0, I could revisit a module for a guided navigation learning path that I had passed without the status being changed. After upgrading to 3.1.0, when I revisit a module, I am directed to the first module on the learning path and my status is changed to Passed to Pending for both the learning path and all modules.

This is an issue because many of our users want to view our training videos again after passing the training. Version 3.1.0 no longer allows them to do that without erasing their progress.
