Is v2 compatible with Drupal 9 or not?

The module's composer.json says it requires drupal/core "^9 || ^10", and so Composer will install v2.0.0 on a Drupal 9 installation.

However, the module's media_alias_display.info.yml says there is a core_version_requirement '^10'.

Which is it? I'm installing on a D9 site and so will have to stick with v1.0.11 just in case v2.0.0 isn't Drupal 9 compatible.

Alter one of the two files above to correctly reflect whether v2.0.0 works with Drupal 9 or not.
