Problem/Motivation

Refused to apply style from '/core/themes/seven/css/components/dropbutton.component.css' in console log.

Steps to reproduce

Navigate to website and review console logs for Refused to apply style from core/themes/seven/css/components/dropbutton.component.css

Proposed resolution

Change location of the css file in the uswds.libraries.yml to point to seven inside contrib versus core. Change
/core/themes/seven/css/components/dropbutton.component.css: {} TO /themes/contrib/seven/css/components/dropbutton.component.css:{}
